Target strikes again! I purchased this dress over two years ago with no idea how much of a keeper it actually was. It is a great little summer dress with sparkly flat, but my favorite is it styled up for winter. A chunky scarf, opaque tights, and knee-high boots says cozy and stylish when the temperatures are dropping.
