As life is starting to slow down, I can get back to what is important, BBQs, sunshine, and patios. All kidding aside, having the wedding over feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Planning a party for 150 people is not exactly easy! I can finally enjoy what is left of this Minnesota summer. Before we know it, it will be Iowa Hawkeye football season. As Ryan reminds me everyday – 59 days till kick off.
Once again, Dress Barn hit the nail on the head with this one. I stopped into my local Dress Barn a few weeks back and spotted this beauty. The colors are so vibrant and completely pop against the crisp white of the dress. Not to mention that pattern. Thought I would throw everyone for a loop as a normally pair a blue dress with a pair of red pumps, but instead I pulled out the ole’ Bitten by SJP for Steve and Barry’s heels (have to be going on 10 years old).
