Finding great fashions in unexpected (and inexpensive) places are the best! More than a few years ago, I stopped into Wal-Mart to purchase shorts for my then summer job. I walked out with the work shorts and these little red and white railroad striped shorts. Love. Them. To. This. Day. These shorts come out of storage every summer since and you will most likely be seeing them again.
