Well today we say goodbye to another summer and us Minnesotans prepare for the quickly approaching colder months ahead. Its bitter sweet really. As a fashion girl, I look forward to the cooler months. Any reason I can throw at my husband to purchase a new pair of booties, jacket, scarf, and sweater I will take!
Before the cooler weather get here, let’s take a second and appreciate this little look I am rockin’ on Labor Day. The dress I bought last summer on clearance at Forever 21, which means it was basically free. This clutch. This clutch is to die for. It was apart of Kate Spade’s Book of the Month Club about 5 years ago. As you know from this post, my love for Gatsby runs deep. So when I finally made the jump to purchase the clutch on Ebay, I was more the excited to receive it! Plus, the resale value on this sucker is greater! The Great Gatsby book clutch was the first “book” release in the Book of the Month Club. Each clutch is made of laminated silk twill with striped silk lining (to mock pages), and 14-karat light gold plated hardware.
