I have said it multiple times before, but Minnesota winters are tough! Add that to working in a mall basement and that equals to only two days of sunlight a week. That’s right, I only see the sun two days a week. It is safe to say that I take vitamin D regularly.
That being said, Ryan and I thought this balmy 35 degree weather was the perfect opportunity to soak up some natural vitamin D, even if it’s only in 5 minute intervals.
