Are you ready for one of the simplest and yummiest cocktails out there? It only has three ingredients and basically no clean up.  Just in time for Mother’s Day brunch this Raspberry Sorbet Champagne cocktail, is a fantastic way to put a spin on the mimosa.

Ingredients:
1 Bottle of Brut Rose
1 Pint of Talenti Roman Raspberry Sorbet (my absolutely favorite) or favorite raspberry sorbet
1 Cup of Raspberries

Place a small scoop of the sorbet in a champagne flute and slowly, I repeat, slowly pour the champagne over the sorbet. Plop a few raspberries in the flute and your done.

My final advice: Wait for the sorbet to soften and melt in the flute before you start to drink. It gives the champagne an amazing smoothie like consistence.
