Cooking has always been a passion of mine. The fact that I get to see my hard work pay off in 30-60 minutes is major encouragement for me. That being sad, baking has always been a challenge of mine. I have been on the hunt for easy recipes that look amazing. After testing out some different ideas around this layered cake, I think I hit the money! Its super easy and super fancy.
Follow the directions for your normal yellow box cake. I baked them in 6-inch cake pans. Next whip up a box of banana instant pudding. Once the cakes are bakes and cooled, start layering the pudding and whipped cream followed by a few blueberries and sliced banana. Follow the same process for the remaining layers.
