As I sat down to write this virtual holiday letter, I wasn’t sure what to write about. I sat for a little bit and then posed the question to Ryan. He paused, and then said maybe it’s time we start living more exciting lives. T0 be honest, that is probably a little true. We didn’t see much change or excitement in the E household during 2018.
Ryan hit 12 years at the federal government, which he jokes only two of them were happy. He continues to enjoy his position in the Director’s Office, as he is able to be his charming self and problem solve daily, which is a huge motivator for him.
I hit 2 years back at the merchandising company I first started working at in 2013. The holiday season always brings long hours, night and weekends, but I do truly enjoy what I do and my client, so it makes its all worth it.
Lucy and George have been good little doggies this year. George will turn 5 in February, so he is starting to loose some of his steam. He still loves spending time outside when the weather is warm and never turns down a game a fetch (ever)! Lucy will turn 10 in July and is loosing very little steam. She continues to be a feisty little terrier, is listening less, and also never turns down a game a fetch or tug-of-war.
