The house has been such a labor of love. There are times that I love working on it and creating a beautiful space and there are other times that I am tired and just want to start truly living, which is why what I’m about to say is going to make perfect sense….
I decided to do a little redecorating in our bedroom. Nothing major; just a few new pieces to bring life back into the space.
Let me bring you back to where is all started; when we moved into the house in 2014. The bedroom was a pale blue with floral window toppers and a horrible ceiling fan, that I really hate to admit stayed in our bedroom until about 6 months ago.

Of course, I pulled some inspiration images from my favorite decorators to get a jump start on what I wanted for the bedroom. Think saturated blues, feminine florals, and muted golds.
